Planned Giving and Endowment
By joining the YMCA Heritage Club you create a promise for generations to come. And, that promise builds a legacy to help preserve the mission of the YMCA. The mission of the YMCA of the Fox Cities is to put Christian principles into practice by promoting youth, adult and family activities that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Becoming a Heritage Club member is the strongest statement of support to the mission that a friend of the YMCA can make.
How Can You Become a Member?
The YMCA Heritage Club is composed of individuals who have made an outright gift or notify the YMCA that they have provided for a future planned gift, whether large or small, to the YMCA's endowment fund in one of the following ways.
- Gift of cash
- Gift of appreciated assets
- Wills or bequests
- Charitable gift annuities
- Charitable trusts
- Retirement asset
- Life insurance
YMCA Heritage Club Membership Benefits
The YMCA Heritage Club provides us with the opportunity to thank and recognize donors during their lifetime for demonstrating their commitment to the future. By notifying the YMCA when you make a planned gift you will be able to receive the benefits of membership and encourage other friends of the YMCA to consider making their own future gifts to the endowment.
Your name will be listed in the YMCA's annual report as a member of the Heritage Club – unless you prefer to be anonymous
You will be invited to the major donor and other YMCA events
